Ingredients per serving:Cetyl Myristoleate Fatty Acid Complex 750 mg Hydrolyzed Porcine Collagen (PEPTAN) 1000 mg Glucosamine HCI 750 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 400 mg Zinc (Zn Oxide) 3 mg Copper (Cu Gluconate) 0.5 mg Manganese (Mn Sulfate) 1.5 mg Superoxide Dismutase (SOD B Extramel®) 5 mg Take five capsules twice daily, until desired results occur. Once results have been attained, the daily recommended amount can be reduced to a maintenance level of 3 capsules twice daily if desired (the maintenance amount can vary between individuals).
